Sport Huancayo
Club Sport Huancayo, more commonly known as Sport Huancayo, is a Peruvian professional Association football, football club based in Huancayo, Junín. It was founded in 2008 by Raúl Rojas and Édgar Araníbar. The club has been playing in the Peruvian Primera División. the top tier of the Peruvian football league system, since 2009, having gained promotion after winning the 2008 Copa Perú. Sport Huancayo plays their home games at Estadio Huancayo, which can seat 20,000 spectators. Estadio Huancayo
Estadio Huancayo is a multi-use stadium in Huancayo, Peru. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home of Sport Huancayo and Deportivo Junín. 2011 Torneo Descentralizado
The 2011 Torneo Descentralizado de Fútbol Profesional (known as the 2011 Copa Movistar for sponsorship reasons) was the ninety-fifth season of Association Peruvian football. A total of 16 teams competed in the tournament, with Universidad de San Martín as the defending champion. The Torneo Descentralizado began on 12 February and concluded on 14 December with the victory of Juan Aurich over Alianza Lima in the penalty kicks of the final Play-off, giving Juan Aurich its debut Peruvian title. Competition modus The sixteen teams played a round-robin home-and-away round for a total of 30 matches each. The 2022 Liga 1 de Fútbol Profesional (known as the Liga 1 Betsson 2022 for sponsorship reasons) was the 106th season of the Peruvian Primera División, the highest division of Peruvian football. A total of 19 teams competed in the season, which began on 4 February and ended on 12 November 2022. The season was originally scheduled to start on 21 January 2022, but the date was pushed back due to the detection of several COVID-19 cases in the participating clubs. The 2020 Copa CONMEBOL Sudamericana was the 19th edition of the CONMEBOL Sudamericana (also referred to as the ''Copa Sudamericana'', or pt, Copa Sul-Americana), South America's secondary club football tournament organized by CONMEBOL. On 17 October 2019, CONMEBOL announced that the final would be played at the Estadio Mario Alberto Kempes in Córdoba, Argentina with the final originally scheduled to be played on 7 November 2020. Argentine club Defensa y Justicia defeated fellow Argentine club Lanús by a 3–0 score in the final to win their first tournament title. As champions, Defensa y Justicia earned the right to play against the winners of the 2020 Copa Libertadores in the 2021 Recopa Sudamericana. Club Atlético Grau is a Peruvian football club, playing in the city of Piura, Peru. The club was founded in 1919 and play in the Liga 1 tournament. 2016 Copa Sudamericana
The 2016 Copa Sudamericana ( pt, Copa Sul-Americana 2016) was the 15th edition of the Copa Sudamericana, South America's secondary club football tournament organized by CONMEBOL. The finals were originally to be played between Brazilian team Chapecoense and Colombian team Atlético Nacional. However, on 28 November 2016, LaMia Flight 2933, which was carrying the Chapecoense squad to the first leg, crashed on the way to the José María Córdova International Airport. There were 71 fatalities, including 19 of the 22 Chapecoense players on the plane. CONMEBOL immediately suspended all activities, including the scheduled final matches, in the early morning of 29 November. In light of these events, Atlético Nacional requested that CONMEBOL award the title to Chapecoense. Los Caimanes is a Peruvian football club, playing in the city of Puerto Etén, Chiclayo, Lambayeque. History The club was founded on the May 22, 1957 under the name of Club Cultural y Deportivo Los Caimanes de Puerto Etén in the city of Puerto Etén, Chiclayo, Lambayeque. In the 2011 Copa Perú, the club classified to the National Stage, but was eliminated by Pacífico in the semi-finals. The 2013 Copa Sudamericana (officially the 2013 Copa Total Sudamericana for sponsorship reasons) was the 12th edition of the Copa Sudamericana, South America's secondary international club football tournament organized by CONMEBOL.
